Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 years or older
- People who have been diagnosed with mild depression and/or an anxiety disorder, confirmed through a structured clinical interview

Who may not be able to join:
- People with moderate to severe depression
- People who have currently or have previously been diagnosed with a psychotic disorder
- People who have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder
- People with a substance use disorder or dependence
- People whose primary diagnosis is antisocial personality disorder
- People with severe difficulties with thinking, memory, or concentration, or who are unable to use digital tools
- People who are currently at acute (immediate) risk of suicide requiring urgent care
- People who are currently taking part in another structured talking therapy program
