Who might be able to join this trial:

• People aged between 18 and 75 years, of any gender.
• People who have been diagnosed with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (a specific type of pancreatic cancer) confirmed through a tissue biopsy or sample.
• People whose pancreatic cancer has not been treated before, is locally advanced and cannot be surgically removed, or has spread to other parts of the body, and who have at least one measurable area of cancer that has not previously been treated with radiation.

• People who have had a solid organ or bone marrow transplant, or who have an active autoimmune disease that has required ongoing medical treatment within the past 2 years.
• People with a weakened immune system or an HIV infection.
• People who have lung conditions such as pulmonary fibrosis, interstitial lung disease, or significantly reduced lung function.
• People who have had major surgery within the past 4 weeks, or a minor procedure (such as a tooth extraction) within the past week.
• People who have received a vaccination within 30 days before the first dose of the study treatment.
• People who have had an abdominal fistula (an abnormal internal connection), a hole in the digestive tract, or an abscess within the past 4 weeks.
• People with certain significant health conditions, including an active infection requiring antibiotics or other systemic treatment, poorly controlled diabetes, blood pressure above 140/90 mmHg despite medication, a heart attack within the past 6 months, or a thyroid condition above a certain level of severity.
• People who the trial doctor considers unsuitable for any other medical reason.
