Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You have been diagnosed with locally advanced pancreatic cancer that has grown into nearby blood vessels in a significant way (based on specific medical measurements — confirm with trial site)
- Your cancer has not grown (has stayed stable or improved) after at least two months of chemotherapy treatment
- You are able and willing to give your written and spoken agreement to take part

Who may not be able to join:
- Your cancer can be removed by surgery
- You are already taking part in another trial testing a different type of tumour-destroying treatment (such as radiofrequency ablation or irreversible electroporation) for your pancreatic cancer
- You have a known allergy or sensitivity to silicon or phosphorus
- You have a blood clotting disorder that cannot be controlled with medication
- You are unwilling or unable to stop taking blood-thinning medication for the procedure
- You are pregnant
- Your pancreatic cancer has spread to other parts of the body
- You have had an epileptic seizure in the past six months
- Your tumour is larger than 70 mm at its widest point, or the total tumour size exceeds a certain volume (confirm with trial site)
- Scans show a large number of blood vessels surrounding your tumour that would make the treatment injection unsafe
- Scans show swollen or enlarged veins (varices) near your tumour, or you are at significant risk of developing them
- You have recently had a significant flare-up of pancreatitis (inflammation of the pancreas)
- You have previously had radiotherapy treatment directed at your pancreas
