Who may be able to join
- Adults between 18 and 75 years old (inclusive), of any gender.
- People who have been diagnosed with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer, confirmed through laboratory testing of tissue or cell samples.
- People whose tumour tissue has been confirmed to carry a specific genetic change called a KRAS G12C mutation.
- People who have already tried at least one course of treatment for their advanced or metastatic cancer, which should have included platinum-based chemotherapy combined with another agent, as well as immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy (given together or one after the other), unless the treating doctor determined those treatments were not suitable.

- People whose life expectancy is estimated to be at least 12 weeks.
- People who have adequate bone marrow and organ function (confirm with trial site for specific required levels).
- People who have been fully informed about the study and have voluntarily signed a written consent form before the trial begins.
Who may not be able to join

- People who have active cancer that has spread to the brain or central nervous system.
- People who have had another type of cancer in the past 5 years, with the exception of certain fully treated cancers such as cervical carcinoma in situ, basal or squamous cell skin cancer, localised prostate cancer after complete removal, ductal carcinoma in situ after complete removal, or papillary thyroid cancer after complete removal.
- People who have had major surgery or a serious physical injury within the 4 weeks before starting the study drug.
- People who have a history of a lung condition called interstitial pneumonia, or whose scans during the screening process show signs that may suggest it, or who have other serious lung diseases that significantly affect lung function.
- People who have serious heart or blood vessel disease (confirm with trial site for specific conditions).
- People who experienced a severe infection within 4 weeks before starting the study drug.
- People who have had a blood clot in an artery or vein within the 3 months before starting the study drug.
- People who have a history of immune system deficiency, including a positive HIV test result.
- People who have active hepatitis B or hepatitis C infection.
