- People who are generally well enough to carry out daily activities with little or no limitation (measured by a standard scale called ECOG, scoring 0 or 1).

- People with significant fluid build-up in the abdomen or a significant liver condition.
- People with uncontrolled diabetes or nerve damage caused by diabetes.
- People with active bleeding disorders.
- People who are currently participating in another clinical trial during the treatment period.
- People who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant.
- People with a known allergy or sensitivity to the trial drug IDP-001 or any of its components.
- People who still have unresolved side effects from previous cancer treatments.
- People who have had a seizure before the trial screening period.
- People who have previously had a solid organ transplant (such as a kidney or liver transplant) or a bone marrow/stem cell transplant from a donor.
- People with a current hormonal gland disorder (endocrinopathy) (confirm with trial site).
- People with a history of severe skin reactions known as Stevens-Johnson Syndrome or Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis.
- People with a history of, or current, lung inflammation (interstitial lung disease or pneumonitis) that has required treatment with steroid medications.
- People who have had a stroke or a temporary stroke-like episode (transient ischemic attack) before the trial screening period.
- People who have any other condition or illness that, in the opinion of the trial doctor, could affect their safety, their ability to follow the trial requirements, or the accuracy of the trial results.
