Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 40 years or older, of any gender
- People who have signed the consent form approved by the ethics committee
- People whose organs (such as liver and kidneys) are functioning at an adequate level
- People who are willing and able to use appropriate contraception methods during the study

- For healthy volunteers: People who are in good general health with no history of movement or thinking/memory disorders
- For people with MSA (Multiple System Atrophy): People formally diagnosed with MSA according to recognised 2022 diagnostic guidelines, and whose MSA treatment (if any) has remained unchanged for at least 4 weeks with no changes planned soon
- For people with PD (Parkinson's Disease): People formally diagnosed with PD according to recognised 2015 diagnostic guidelines, and whose PD treatment (if any) has remained unchanged for at least 4 weeks with no changes planned soon
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
- People with a history of other serious neurological conditions
- People with a serious or poorly controlled ongoing medical condition
- People with an active hepatitis B, hepatitis C, or HIV infection
- People who have misused drugs or alcohol within the past year
- People with a known allergy to the study drug
- People who are unable to tolerate PET/CT or MRI scans (for example, due to claustrophobia)
- People who have taken part in another interventional clinical trial within the past 30 days
- People whose radiation exposure from medical procedures has already reached 50 mSv or more in the current year
- People who have previously received any treatment specifically targeting a protein called alpha-synuclein (α-Syn)
- People with any other condition the trial site considers makes participation unsuitable (confirm with trial site)
