Who might be able to join this trial:
- Pregnant women who are covered by the French National Health Insurance system.
- Pregnant women who do not object to taking part in the study.

- People who are not able to speak or sufficiently understand French.

- People who are currently excluded from joining another research study.
- People under court-ordered legal protection or guardianship.
- Women with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes.
- Women with severe or extreme obesity, meaning a body mass index (BMI) of 40 or above.
- Women with a thyroid condition.
- Women who smoke heavily.
