Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 18 years of age or older
- People who have been diagnosed with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma or B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (cancers that have come back or stopped responding to treatment)
- People for whom a doctor has planned a CAR-T cell therapy that has been approved by the FDA (a type of immune cell treatment)

Who may not be able to join:
- People whose doctors expect them to live less than 6 months
- People who have a major medical condition known to affect thinking or memory, such as a previous stroke, brain infection (encephalitis), traumatic brain injury, or brain surgery
- People who have been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease or another form of dementia
- People who have previously had radiation treatment directed at the brain or spinal cord area
- People who are currently receiving medication delivered directly into the fluid around the spine at the time of joining the trial
