For people with IBD (the "Affected Participant" group):
- Adults between 18 and 85 years of age.
- People who have a confirmed diagnosis of Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, or inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) linked to another existing condition, supported by medical records, imaging, scope findings, or tissue samples showing long-term gut inflammation; and/or people who carry a known gene change or genetic condition associated with a higher risk of IBD, with or without current symptoms.
- People who have a doctor in their local community who can manage their ongoing care outside of the study site.
For unaffected family members of enrolled participants:

- People who have not been medically diagnosed with IBD.
