Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are at least 18 years old and have agreed to take part by signing a consent form.

• You were diagnosed with cancer that has spread to other parts of the body no more than 6 weeks before the screening visit.

• Your cancer can be measured on scans according to standard guidelines.
• Your bone marrow, liver, kidneys, and blood clotting are all working well enough (confirm with trial site for specific levels required).

Who may not be able to join:

• You have already received cancer treatment given throughout the body (such as chemotherapy) for pancreatic cancer that could not be removed by surgery or has spread.

• Your cancer is driven by a different known gene change that already has an approved targeted treatment available.
• You have cancer that has spread to the brain or spinal cord, or have a history of this that has not been treated.
• You have any health condition that might affect your ability to swallow, absorb, or tolerate the study medication.
• You have had a major operation within 28 days before joining the trial.
• You are unwilling or unable to attend the required study visits or follow the trial procedures.
