Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are at least 18 years old and have agreed to take part by signing a consent form.

- Your cancer is driven by a different known gene change that already has an approved targeted treatment available.
- You have cancer that has spread to the brain or spinal cord, or have a history of this that has not been treated.
- You have any health condition that might affect your ability to swallow, absorb, or tolerate the study medication.
- You have had a major operation within 28 days before joining the trial.
- You are unwilling or unable to attend the required study visits or follow the trial procedures.
