Who may be able to join

  • Adults aged 18 or older who have been treated with ocrelizumab for a relapsing form of Multiple Sclerosis, following the approved treatment schedule, for at least 18 months.
  • People whose IgG levels (a type of immune protein in the blood) have been measured as lower than normal at least twice in a row, approximately six months apart, while receiving ocrelizumab treatment.
  • People who have already switched, or are in the process of switching, from ocrelizumab to a different medication called ofatumumab, where that switch was decided independently of this study.
  • People who agree to take part in the study.
  • People who are able to provide a formal statement that they do not object to participating.
  • People for whom the treating doctor expects a benefit from participation, based on the doctor's experience and the individual's characteristics.

Who may not be able to join

Each point below is a reason the trial team may not be able to accept someone. It is not a list of requirements to meet.

  • People whose ocrelizumab doses were spaced more than 8 months apart at any point in the 18 months before switching medications.
  • People who received immunoglobulin supplementation therapy (treatment to boost immune proteins) at any point in the 18 months before switching medications.
  • People who are currently pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
