Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with metastatic pancreatic cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, or colorectal cancer that has been confirmed by a pathology test to have a specific type of gene change called a KRAS mutation (one of the following: G12C, G12D, G12V, G12A, G12S, or G13D), found in tumour tissue or a blood test.
- People whose cancer can be measured on scans according to a standard set of medical criteria called RECIST v1.1.
- People who are relatively well and able to carry out daily activities, as assessed by a standard health rating scale (ECOG performance status of 0 or 1).
- People who have already received all standard treatments available for their type of cancer at an advanced stage, or who have a medical reason why those treatments are not suitable for them.
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have had another type of cancer diagnosed within the last two years (though some exceptions may apply — confirm with trial site).
- People who currently have active, symptomatic cancer that has spread to the brain (people with brain metastases that are not causing symptoms may still be considered — confirm with trial site).
- People who have previously received any treatment specifically targeting the KRAS gene or related pathways, including certain types of inhibitors or degraders.
- People who have an active or poorly controlled serious infection, such as tuberculosis, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, or HIV.
