- People who have active bleeding, a high risk of bleeding, a history of major bleeding in the gut or brain in the past 6 months, or wounds or ulcers that have not healed.
- People with high blood pressure that cannot be controlled with medication, or who have had a heart attack, severe irregular heartbeat, or heart failure in the past 6 months.
- People with an active infection (such as pneumonia or a blood infection) or a serious ongoing illness that is not well controlled, such as diabetes or an autoimmune condition.
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding; women in the trial must use effective contraception during treatment and for 6 months after the last dose, and men must use effective contraception during treatment and for 3 months after the last dose.
- People who have had another type of cancer in the past 5 years, except for certain cancers that have been fully cured (such as a specific type of skin cancer or early-stage cervical cancer).
- People who have a known allergy to lomustine, anlotinib, or any of the ingredients in these medicines.
- People who have any other condition that the trial doctor considers would make participation unsuitable, such as a mental health condition or inability to attend follow-up visits.
