Who may be able to join

  • People with serious medical conditions, including active cancer, significant heart or cardiovascular disease, diabetes, or severe food allergies.
  • People with a known allergy or intolerance to corn, dextrose, or maltodextrin.
  • People who have used antibiotics within the 3 months before joining.
  • People who have used probiotic supplements within the 3 months before joining.
  • People who use herbal anti-inflammatory supplements during the study, including serrapeptidase, curcumin, boswellia, or bromelain (or similar supplements — confirm with trial site for a full list).
  • People who have had major bowel surgery, including an ostomy, full removal of the colon (total colectomy), or who have short bowel syndrome.
  • People who are unable or unwilling to follow the study procedures, including those with upcoming travel or other commitments that may interfere with taking part.
