Who may be able to join
- People who are willing to voluntarily sign a consent form and follow the study requirements.
- People aged 18 to 75 years, of any gender.
- People whose doctors expect them to live for at least 3 months.
- People who have been diagnosed with stage III non-small cell lung cancer (a type of lung cancer) that cannot be removed by surgery.
- People whose tumor tissue has tested positive for one of a specific set of EGFR gene mutations (a change in the tumor's genetic make-up that can affect how it responds to treatment).
- People who are willing to provide either a stored tumor tissue sample from within the past year or a newly collected tissue sample.
- People who have received a specific type of chemotherapy combined with radiation therapy (called platinum-based radical chemoradiotherapy), where the chemotherapy included platinum plus one of a set of specified additional drugs.
- People who received a total radiation dose of 60 Gy (plus or minus 10%) as part of their chemoradiotherapy, before being enrolled in the trial.
- People whose side effects from prior chemoradiotherapy have mostly resolved, with any remaining side effects being mild (Grade 1 or lower on a standard medical scale).
- People who are generally well enough to carry out light daily activities, rated 0 or 1 on a standard health performance scale (ECOG scale).
- People who do not have serious heart problems, and whose heart pumping function (left ventricular ejection fraction) is at least 50%.
- People whose liver, kidneys, and blood counts are functioning at levels that meet the trial's requirements (confirm with trial site for specific values).
- People whose urine protein levels are within acceptable limits (confirm with trial site for specific values).
- Women who could become pregnant must have a negative blood pregnancy test within 7 days before starting treatment, must not be breastfeeding, and all enrolled participants must use reliable barrier contraception throughout treatment and for 7 months after treatment ends.
Who may not be able to join

- People who have received any other chemotherapy or radiation treatment for their lung cancer, apart from the radical chemoradiotherapy described in the inclusion criteria.
- People who have had major surgery within 4 weeks before the first study treatment dose.
- People who have previously been treated with certain targeted drug types, specifically antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) that use topoisomerase I inhibitors, or any antibody or ADC targeting EGFR or HER3 proteins.
- People who have a history of serious heart disease or stroke-related (cerebrovascular) disease.
- People who have certain heart rhythm or electrical conduction problems, including a prolonged QTc interval, complete left bundle branch block, second- or third-degree heart block, or frequent uncontrolled irregular heartbeats.

- People who have been diagnosed with an active cancer (other than the lung cancer being treated in this trial) within the past 5 years.
- People whose high blood pressure remains poorly controlled despite taking two blood pressure medications.
- People whose blood sugar levels are poorly controlled.
- People who currently have radiation-related lung inflammation (radiation pneumonitis) rated Grade 2 or higher on a standard medical scale.
- People who have another ongoing lung condition that is causing significant breathing difficulties.
- People who have had a serious infection within 4 weeks before being enrolled in the trial.
- People who have large or symptom-causing fluid build-up in body cavities (such as around the lungs or abdomen).
- People whose scans show the tumor may be growing into or wrapping around major blood vessels in the chest, abdomen, neck, or throat.
