Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who are 45 years of age or older, of any gender

• People whose MRI scan shows evidence of a large stroke or an abnormal growth in the brain
• People who regularly take certain types of medications known as typical anticholinergic drugs or cholinesterase inhibitors (confirm with trial site)
• People who have previously had deep brain stimulation surgery
• People who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
• People who are experiencing thoughts of suicide, as identified by responses to a standard questionnaire (the Beck Depression Inventory)
• People whose level of cognitive difficulty means they are unable to give informed consent, as assessed using a specific decision-making capacity tool
• People who have any other condition that would make safe or meaningful participation in the study unsuitable (confirm with trial site)
