Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are willing to take part and able to sign a consent form agreeing to join the study.
- You have been diagnosed with multiple myeloma (a type of blood cancer) based on recognised medical criteria from 2017.
- Your multiple myeloma has tested positive for a protein called BCMA, either recently or in past medical records.
- You are between 18 and 70 years old (any gender).

- You currently have a serious active infection.

- You have significant heart failure that severely limits your daily activities (confirm with trial site).
- You have epilepsy or another condition affecting your brain or nervous system.
- You have a history of another type of cancer, unless it was a skin cancer (not melanoma) that was fully removed, or an early-stage cancer that has been completely cured.
- You have taken high-dose steroid tablets or injections affecting the whole body within the last 2 weeks.
- You are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant within the next 6 months.
- You have taken part in another clinical trial within the last month.
- You have had major surgery within the 14 days before starting the study treatment.
- The trial doctors believe any other health condition you have could put you at risk or affect the trial results (confirm with trial site).
