  • You have a skin condition or infection around your wrist that would make physical therapy unsafe
  • You are in your third trimester of pregnancy
  • You have serious heart or metabolic health conditions
  • You are currently receiving other treatments specifically for carpal tunnel syndrome, such as steroid injections
