- A previous or current additional cancer diagnosis that may affect how prognosis is assessed.
- Severe mental health or cognitive conditions, or significant difficulty following study requirements.
- Serious health conditions such as heart failure or liver or kidney failure that could affect treatment or make survival analysis unreliable.
- Declining to participate or withdrawing previously given consent.
