Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease at Stage I (the earliest stage) based on a standard medical rating scale called the Hoehn & Yahr system.
- People who are between 50 and 65 years of age, either male or female.
- People who are currently taking Parkinson's medication and whose medication routine has not changed for at least 3 months.

Who may not be able to join:
- People whose results on a standard depression questionnaire (called the Beck Depression Inventory-II) indicate a significant level of depression (a score above 16).
- People who have recently had deep brain stimulation treatment, which is a surgical procedure that uses electrical impulses to help manage Parkinson's symptoms.
- People who are currently taking any medication that affects thinking, alertness, or the ability to concentrate.
- People who are already taking part in a structured exercise training program.
