Who might be able to join this trial:

• Adults between 18 and 65 years of age
• People whose main diagnosis is generalised Social Anxiety Disorder, confirmed through a clinical evaluation, a structured psychiatric interview (called the MINI), and a score above 50 on a standard anxiety rating scale (called the LSAS)
• People with normal vision, or vision that is fully corrected with glasses or contact lenses, and who do not have colour blindness
• People with a sufficient level of Hebrew language ability to complete interviews, questionnaires, and computer-based tasks

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have previously taken part in a type of attention training called dot-probe attention bias modification
• People who have previously taken part in attention training that uses eye-tracking technology
• People who currently have a diagnosis of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
• People who currently have, or have previously been diagnosed with, a psychotic disorder or bipolar disorder
• People who have a neurological condition, such as epilepsy or a brain injury
• People who are experiencing severe thoughts of suicide
• People who currently have a substance use or alcohol use disorder
• People who are currently receiving medication or psychological treatment, unless their medication dose has been stable for at least 45 days (confirm with trial site)
• People who are pregnant
• People who have uncorrected vision problems, or who wear multifocal glasses
