Who may be able to join
- People who are able to understand and willingly sign a written consent form
- People aged 18 to 75 years old
- People with a good to moderate general health and activity level (confirm with trial site — this refers to an ECOG Performance Status of 0 or 1)
- People with a life expectancy of at least 3 months

Who may not be able to join
Each point below is a reason the trial team may not be able to accept someone. It is not a list of requirements to meet.
- People whose NSCLC contains a mix of small cell lung cancer, neuroendocrine carcinoma, or carcinosarcoma
- People who have had another active cancer within the past 3 years
- People who are currently taking part in another interventional clinical trial
- People with active cancer spread to the brain (those with brain metastases that cause no symptoms, or whose symptoms have been stable after treatment, may still be considered)
- People who have previously received any treatment specifically targeting Trop2 or Nectin4
- People who have previously received chemotherapy or a type of targeted drug therapy (antibody-drug conjugate) that works by inhibiting an enzyme called topoisomerase I
- People who have received systemic anti-cancer treatments — such as chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or biological therapies — within 4 weeks (or 5 half-lives of the drug, whichever period is longer) before starting the trial
- People whose side effects from previous cancer treatments have not reduced to a mild or resolved level (confirm with trial site)
- People with significant heart or blood vessel disease, or related risk factors (confirm with trial site)
- People with active autoimmune diseases that have required whole-body treatment within the past 2 years
- People who have received systemic antibiotic or anti-infective treatment within 2 weeks before starting the trial
- People known to be HIV-positive or positive for certain other infections (confirm with trial site)
- People with a history of serious allergic reactions
- People who have received a live attenuated vaccine within the past 4 weeks
- People with a history of mental illness that affects their capacity to make decisions
- People with any other disease or condition that the trial doctor believes could affect safety or interfere with the study
