Who may be able to join
- People aged 18 to 70 years old at the time of signing the consent form.
- People who have been diagnosed with at least one of the following conditions for at least 6 months: Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorders (NMOSD), Myasthenia Gravis (MG), Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), Systemic Sclerosis (SSc), or Immune-Mediated Necrotizing Myopathy (IMNM), based on recognised diagnostic criteria.
- People whose condition has not responded adequately to standard treatments.
- People whose bone marrow, blood clotting, heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys are all functioning at an adequate level, as assessed by the trial team.
Who may not be able to join

- People who test positive for Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, HIV, syphilis (Treponema Pallidum), or who have active Cytomegalovirus (CMV) or Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV) detected in their blood.
- People who have an active infection that is not under control.
- People who have received a live vaccine within 4 weeks before signing the consent form.
- People who have previously had a major organ transplant, or a bone marrow or stem cell transplant.
- People who have had a serious heart or cardiovascular condition in the 6 months before the screening visit.
- People who have had significant bleeding (graded as Grade 2 or higher) within 4 weeks before screening, or who need long-term blood-thinning medication.
- People who have not waited long enough after stopping previous treatments before joining the trial (confirm with trial site for specific timeframes).
- People who have previously been treated with CAR-T cell therapy or any other genetically modified T cell therapy.
- People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding.
- People who have severe disease or structural changes affecting the central nervous system.
- People who have been diagnosed with a cancer or malignancy within the 5 years before signing the consent form.
- People with MS or NMOSD for whom a lumbar puncture (spinal tap) procedure is medically not suitable.
