Who may be able to join
- People aged between 45 and 74 years old.
- People who have lived in a participating community for at least 6 months out of the past 12 months.
- People who are taking part in an urban cancer screening program.
- People who have been identified by the program's risk assessment questionnaire as being at high risk for at least one of these cancers: lung, breast, colorectal, upper gastrointestinal, or liver cancer.

- People who are planning to be away from their community for more than 3 months in total over the next 6 months.
- People who are currently taking part in another research study that could affect their cancer screening behaviour.
