- People who have been confirmed (through a tissue or cell sample) to have advanced or spreading lung cancer of a specific type (non-small cell lung cancer, stages IIIB–IV) along with a specific gene change called an EGFR mutation, diagnosed between 1 July 2018 and 31 March 2022.
- People who were diagnosed and received treatment at one of the study's participating medical centres during the defined time period.
