Who may be able to join
- People who have measurable signs of disease that can be tracked using standard imaging measurements (called RECIST v1.1 criteria).
- People who are relatively well and able to carry out daily activities with little or no difficulty (a performance score of 0 or 1 on a standard medical scale).
- People whose liver, kidneys, and other organs are functioning well enough to safely participate.
- People who have been diagnosed with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (a type of lung cancer that has spread to other parts of the body), confirmed through a tissue sample analysis.
- People whose tumour has been tested for two specific genetic changes (called EGFR and ALK) as part of standard local care — people whose tumours carry these changes are not eligible.
- People whose tumours do not have any of the following specific genetic changes: ROS1, RET, MET, HER-2, or NTRK 1/2/3.
- People who have previously received an immunotherapy drug that targets PD-1 or PD-L1, and whose cancer did not progress for at least 6 months while on that treatment.
