Who may be able to join
- Adults aged 18 years or older
- People who have a confirmed diagnosis of vascular Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (vEDS), a rare inherited connective tissue condition
- People who are currently living in the UK
- People who are able to give their informed consent to take part
- People whose condition is considered medically stable — meaning no serious blood vessel events such as a tear or rupture in an artery in the past 6 months, no recent hospital stays due to vEDS complications, and blood pressure considered to be under control by their treating doctor
- People whose treating doctor has provided medical clearance for them to take part

Who may not be able to join

- People who have had a serious blood vessel event related to vEDS — such as an arterial tear or rupture — within the past 6 months
- People who have recently been hospitalised due to complications from vEDS
- People whose blood pressure is not considered controlled by their treating doctor
- People who are pregnant at the time of joining the trial (note: those who become pregnant during the trial would be withdrawn from the exercise part, but may be able to continue with follow-up data collection if they choose to)
- People who are not able to give their informed consent to take part
