Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease at a mild to moderate stage (Hoehn and Yahr stage 1–3)
• People aged between 40 and 85 years
• People who score 24 or above on a standard memory and thinking test called the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE)
• People who have enough thinking and communication ability to take part in assessments
• People who are currently attending the Movement Disorders Outpatient Clinic in the Neurology Department
• People who are willing to take part and sign a written consent form

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have a psychiatric condition, such as major depression or a psychotic disorder
• People who have been diagnosed with advanced dementia
• People who have a chronic illness that is not well controlled, such as diabetes or high blood pressure
• People who have a serious heart or breathing condition
• People who have an additional bone, joint, or nervous system condition that could affect how they perform during tests
• People who have severe vision or hearing difficulties that could interfere with assessments
• People who are unable to work cooperatively with a physiotherapist during assessments
