- Children and teenagers between 6 and 17 years old at the time of joining the trial

- Children with a significant developmental, intellectual, visual, physical, or mental health condition that the clinical team believes would make it too difficult to meaningfully use the digital game or take part in study activities (confirm with trial site)
- Children experiencing a serious and urgent mental health crisis that requires immediate specialist care
- Children who are expected to move to a different diabetes care provider within 6 months
- Households without internet access, where the study is unable to provide a solution
