Who may be able to join
Who might be able to join this trial:
- The patient lives in the community (not in a care home or facility) and is able to get around.
- The patient has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease.
- The patient is between 50 and 95 years old.
- The caregiver is between 18 and 90 years old.
- The patient is currently receiving treatment for Alzheimer's disease.
- Both the patient and caregiver live within 2 hours of Los Angeles.
- The caregiver has access to the internet at home.
- The patient has regular, close contact with their caregiver.
Who may not be able to join:
- The patient lives in a residential care setting, such as a nursing home or assisted living facility.
- The patient has no family contact.
- The patient or caregiver has a sudden illness or an ongoing long-term health condition (confirm with trial site).
- The patient or caregiver is planning to move away from the area within the next year.
