Who might be able to join this trial:

• You have been diagnosed with chronic rhinosinusitis (a long-term sinus condition) based on specific recognised medical guidelines, with symptoms lasting at least 12 weeks in a row.
• Your sinus condition shows signs of inflammation, such as discoloured nasal discharge, nasal polyps, swelling, or redness inside the nose — confirmed by a doctor's examination or a CT scan.
• You are 19 years of age or older and weigh at least 50 kg (about 110 lbs).
• You are physically able to do a specific nasal test used in the study (confirm with trial site).
• If you are a woman who could become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test before joining.
• You are willing and able to give written consent to take part.

Who may not be able to join:

• You have had an acute (sudden) illness within the 2 weeks before the study begins.
• You have had a major asthma attack within the 2 months before the study begins.
• You have changed any nasal medications (such as nasal steroids or certain nasal sprays) within 14 days before the study begins.
• You have tested positive for Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, or HIV.
• Your blood tests show low haemoglobin (a measure of red blood cells) or low albumin (a protein in your blood).
• Your liver function blood tests show results that are significantly above the normal range.
• Your kidney function blood tests show results that are significantly above the normal range.
• You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
• You have previously had an organ transplant or a bone marrow/blood cell transplant.
• You have a history of an autoimmune disease or a granulomatous disorder (a type of inflammatory disease) (confirm with trial site).
