Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults between 18 and 65 years old
- People who have been diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy (a condition where the heart is enlarged and cannot pump blood properly) according to established European cardiology guidelines
- People who have been on the best available standard medical treatment for their heart condition for at least 6 months
