You must be between 18 and 90 years old.
You must have already been diagnosed with, or are suspected to have, one of these heart conditions: reduced blood flow to the heart or a heart attack, a thickened heart muscle (hypertrophic cardiomyopathy), a heart muscle affected by a build-up of abnormal substances (infiltrative cardiomyopathy), or inflammation of the heart muscle (myocarditis).

You are not willing or able to follow the requirements of the study.
You have taken part in this same study before.
