Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been recently diagnosed with HIV-1 infection, shown by early signs of infection along with specific incomplete blood test results, OR a negative HIV screening test in the past 6 months with incomplete follow-up test results, OR a known exposure risk in the past 3 months with test results suggesting a very early infection
- People who are willing and able to sign a written consent form agreeing to take part
- People who are able to attend either a full or partial schedule of check-up visits and assessments, depending on which participation option applies to them

- People with signs of an active Hepatitis C (HCV) infection based on specific blood test results taken within the 60 days before joining the study
- People with a current or past history of heart muscle disease, significant heart disease, or stroke-related conditions
- People with a current or past history of cancer
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People with psychiatric or psychological conditions that, in the trial doctor's opinion, could affect their safety or ability to participate properly
- People who have previously taken part in a trial testing an immune-modifying treatment
- People whose recent blood test results fall outside acceptable ranges for red blood cells, platelets, white blood cells, or liver function markers (confirm with trial site for specific values)
- People with active drug or alcohol use that, in the trial doctor's opinion, could affect their ability to follow the study requirements
- People who have had a serious illness requiring medical treatment or hospitalisation within the 60 days before joining the study
