  • People who have at least 8 teeth in both the upper and lower jaw

  • People with an ongoing jaw joint disorder (such as pain or dysfunction in the joint where the jaw connects to the skull)
  • People with loose teeth or gum disease affecting the stability of their teeth
  • People who have previously had a specific throat surgery to remove or reshape soft tissue in the back of the mouth and throat (known as UPPP — confirm with trial site)
