Who may be able to join
- People who are 18 years of age or older.
- People who are able to attend follow-up visits, or can at least participate by phone or email.

- People living with one of the following conditions: Arthritis (including Degenerative, Rheumatoid, Psoriatic, Lupus-related, or Gout), Sports or Overuse Injuries (such as Rotator Cuff injury or Tennis Elbow), Chronic Kidney Disease (including those on dialysis), Back or Neck Pain, Erectile Dysfunction, Peyronie's Disease, Alzheimer's Disease, Parkinson's Disease, Neuropathy, effects from a previous stroke, Post-Concussion Syndrome, COPD, Emphysema, Pulmonary Fibrosis, a heart attack that occurred at least 6 months ago, Cardiomyopathy, or Congestive Heart Failure.
Who may not be able to join
