- People with serious kidney problems, where the kidneys are not filtering blood well enough (confirm with trial site)
- People who cannot have an MRI heart scan, which includes those with a pacemaker, a metal clip in the brain, a metal fragment in or near the eye, a known or suspected allergy to the MRI contrast dye (gadolinium), or severe claustrophobia (fear of enclosed spaces)
- People who are unable to give their own informed consent to take part in the trial
