  • People with a known active cancer diagnosis, or who are currently undergoing chemotherapy or radiation therapy

  • People who have an active infection that could increase the risk of undergoing treatment
  • People who use high-dose steroids, or who have received corticosteroid injections or treatments within the six months before the treatment date
  • People with a dependency on medications or opiates, or who are currently in active drug rehabilitation treatment
  • People with a documented history of severe traumatic brain injury
  • People whose overall condition or medical situation, in the opinion of the lead investigator, would prevent them from fully completing the study requirements
