- People with documented osteoarthritis or inflammatory/degenerative changes in the knee, hip, shoulder, Achilles tendon, sacroiliac joint, wrist, hand, foot, ankle, or plantar fascia (the tissue on the bottom of the foot)
- People without systemic (whole-body) disorders that the lead investigator believes would make the procedures unsafe for them
- People who are able to read, understand, and agree to the informed consent documents for the trial
- People who have sufficient donor tissue available in the surrounding blood vessel and connective tissue areas (confirm with trial site)
- People who are considered mature enough to tolerate the procedures, follow aftercare instructions, and complete all required post-treatment check-ins
Who may not be able to join:
- People with whole-body health conditions or psychological conditions that would prevent them from tolerating the procedures or understanding what the study involves
- People with a known active cancer diagnosis, or who are currently undergoing chemotherapy or radiation therapy
- People who are pregnant
- People who have an active infection that could increase the risk of undergoing treatment
- People who use high-dose steroids, or who have received corticosteroid injections or treatments within the six months before the treatment date
- People with a dependency on medications or opiates, or who are currently in active drug rehabilitation treatment
- People with a documented history of severe traumatic brain injury
- People whose overall condition or medical situation, in the opinion of the lead investigator, would prevent them from fully completing the study requirements
