Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have heart failure with symptoms (such as shortness of breath or fatigue) and your heart's pumping strength is significantly reduced, confirmed by an ultrasound of the heart

Who may not be able to join:
- You cannot take immunosuppressant (immune-lowering) medications, for example due to a history of certain cancers, hepatitis B or C, HIV, or a related virus (HTLV1)
- You have a known allergy or sensitivity to any ingredient in a surgical product called TachoSil® (confirm with trial site)
- You have a specific type of heart condition where the heart muscle is abnormally thick (hypertrophic cardiomyopathy)
- Your kidneys are in severe failure, with very low kidney function at the time of joining the trial
- Your liver is in severe failure at the time of joining the trial
- You have had a stroke that caused lasting significant disability
- You have another serious non-heart-related illness that is expected to shorten your life in the near future
- You have any condition that would make it difficult to follow the study's rules and take medications as required
- You are currently taking part in another clinical trial involving a treatment or procedure
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding
- You have a known or suspected problem with alcohol or drug misuse
