Who might be able to join this trial:

For pregnant women (Component 1):

• Women who are pregnant and attending antenatal care (pregnancy check-ups) at the study site
• Women who understand English or Swahili

For infants (Component 1):

• All babies born to enrolled women, regardless of how far along in pregnancy the baby was born

For women giving birth at the site (Component 2):

• Women who give birth at the study site and whose delivery is recorded at the site

For babies born at the site (Component 2):

• Babies who are born at the study site and whose birth is recorded there, whether born alive or stillborn

For photos/videos of babies with physical differences (Component 3):

• Babies born alive or stillborn at 24 weeks of pregnancy or later
• Babies who appear to have a physical difference or abnormality noticed during a physical check after birth

Who may not be able to join:

For pregnant women (Component 1):

• Women with a physical or mental disability that prevents them from giving informed consent to take part

For infants:

• There are no listed exclusion criteria for infants in any part of this trial
