Who may be able to join
- Women between 18 and 70 years old
- People whose breast cancer has been confirmed as invasive breast cancer through a tissue biopsy (lab test on a tissue sample)

- People who have agreed to and signed an informed consent form, and who are willing and able to attend scheduled visits and follow the study requirements
Who may not be able to join
Each point below is a reason the trial team may not be able to accept someone. It is not a list of requirements to meet.
- People who have already received any treatment for their primary invasive breast cancer
- People who have had another type of cancer within the past 10 years, with the exception of certain skin cancers (basal cell or squamous cell carcinoma of the skin) or cervical carcinoma in situ
- People who had another cancer more than 10 years ago may still be considered, provided they did not receive radiotherapy or systemic treatments such as chemotherapy or hormone therapy for it (confirm with trial site)
- People whose breast cancer has spread to other parts of the body, or who have cancer in both breasts, or multiple separate tumours in the same breast
- People with uncontrolled high blood pressure, or serious heart or blood vessel conditions such as heart attack, unstable chest pain, poorly controlled irregular heartbeat, heart failure symptoms, or a recent stroke or mini-stroke
- People who have received any other cancer treatment in the 4 weeks before joining the trial
- People who are unable to swallow tablets or capsules, or who have a bowel blockage or another condition that would affect how the study medication is absorbed
- People with a known allergy or sensitivity to any of the drugs used in this trial
- People with serious other medical conditions that the treating doctor considers would make participation unsuitable
- Women of childbearing age who have not been surgically sterilised must have a negative pregnancy test within 14 days before joining, and must not be breastfeeding
- People who the treating doctor considers unsuitable for inclusion for any other reason
