Who might be able to join this trial:

• People with a body mass index (BMI) of 30 or above

• People who are pregnant at the time of joining the trial
• People whose cancer has a specific genetic change called a BRAF mutation
• People who have lost 10% or more of their body weight in the past 6 months
• People who have had another cancer within the last 5 years
• People who have had cancer spread to any part of the body outside the liver, either currently or in the past, even if it was surgically removed
• People whose original bowel cancer surgery was done as a palliative procedure (meaning the surgery was not intended to fully remove the cancer)
• People whose liver tumours measure larger than 5 cm on the most recent scan
• People with a blood marker called CEA above 80 ng/ml at the time of joining the waiting list
• People who have not received chemotherapy treatment before the transplant (confirm exact requirement with trial site)
• People who have any general medical reason that would prevent them from having a liver transplant
