Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You have been diagnosed with gastroparesis (a condition where the stomach empties food more slowly than normal) and your average blood sugar control level (HbA1c) has been above 7.5% over the past 3 months
- You have had a confirmed diagnosis of delayed stomach emptying through a specific test (either a wireless capsule study or a nuclear stomach emptying scan), with no sign of a blockage in the stomach
- You are able and willing to complete all parts of the study as required
Who may not be able to join:
- You are under 18 years of age
- Your average blood sugar control level (HbA1c) has been below 7.5% over the past 3 months
- You are unable or unwilling to complete all of the study requirements
- You are unable or unwilling to wear a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) sensor, which is a small device worn on the skin to track blood sugar levels
- You currently use an insulin pump (a device that automatically delivers insulin)
- You already use a continuous glucose monitor (CGM)
