- Babies and toddlers between 3 and 18 months old who have normal hearing (Group A)
- Babies and toddlers between 3 and 18 months old who have a certain type of hearing loss and are already wearing one or two hearing aids that have been properly fitted and adjusted by a hearing specialist (Group B)
- The child must be covered by social insurance
