- You are 18 years of age or older
- You have been diagnosed with chronic sinusitis (long-term sinus inflammation) with nasal polyps (small, non-cancerous growths inside the nose)

- Your doctor has recommended a medication called Dupilumab as part of your treatment
Who may not be able to join:
- Your loss of smell is caused by a cancerous growth in the nose or sinuses
- Your loss of smell is the result of a physical injury or trauma
- Your loss of smell has no known cause (confirm with trial site)
- You currently use or have used cocaine, which can affect the sense of smell
- Your loss of smell is related to a COVID-19 infection
- You are currently pregnant
