Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 to 35 years old, both men and women (with equal numbers of each)
- People with a Body Mass Index (BMI) between 20.0 and 24.9, which is considered a "normal" weight range
- People who are either not regularly active or only moderately active on a habitual basis
- People who normally sleep between 7 and 9.25 hours per night
- People who have been living at the altitude of Denver, Colorado or higher for at least 3 months before the inpatient part of the study

- People who have any significant medical, mental health, or sleep condition
- People who have used prescription medications, supplements, or illicit drugs in the month before the study
- People who have done shift work in the year before the study, or who have travelled across more than one time zone in the three weeks before the study (note: the trial site may consider these individuals at a later date)
- Women who have a history of gynaecological conditions, who gave birth less than one year ago, or who are currently breastfeeding or pregnant
- People who do not speak English, as the trial site does not currently have access to a translator to support the consent process and study participation
