Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years of age or older.

Who may not be able to join:

- You have had a stroke in the last 6 months, or have ever had a bleed inside the brain.
- You have serious heart valve disease, or valve disease that is likely to need surgery or a procedure during the trial period.

- The blockage is located in a specific major artery called the left main coronary artery.
- Your coronary arteries are widely diseased throughout, or you have multiple untreated significant blockages in other vessels.
- You have previously had a heart attack, bypass surgery, or a stent procedure in the same blood vessel being studied.
- Your coronary arteries are not suitable for a procedure called PCI (a type of artery-opening treatment).
- You have other health conditions that could interfere with completing the study.
- You are planning a major surgery during the trial that would require stopping a specific type of blood-thinning medication.
- You are currently taking part in another clinical trial for a drug or medical device that could affect this study's results.
