Who might be able to join this trial:
- You received a COVID-19 vaccine and afterwards developed one of these conditions: Guillain-Barré Syndrome (a nerve disorder), a serious blood clotting and low platelet condition (sometimes called VITT or TTS), or inflammation of the heart or its surrounding lining (myocarditis/pericarditis)
- You received a COVID-19 vaccine and did not develop any of the conditions listed above (this trial also needs participants who had no serious side effects after vaccination)
Who may not be able to join:
- You have not received any COVID-19 vaccine
- You are unable to read, understand, and agree to the terms of participation in the study yourself (confirm with trial site)

Determine specific genetic factors associated with particular COVID-19 vaccine-induced Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS), vaccine-induced immune thrombotic thrombocytopenia (VITT)/thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome (TTS), and myocarditis/pericarditis
