Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with eosinophilic gastritis (EG), confirmed by a scope procedure showing a high number of specific immune cells (eosinophils) in the stomach lining, along with related symptoms.
- You have had symptoms linked to EG — such as nausea, vomiting, feeling full quickly, stomach pain or bloating, regurgitation, or diarrhea — for at least one year before the study screening.
- In the 60 days before screening, you have had symptoms that may suggest your stomach is not moving food through normally, such as nausea, vomiting, feeling full quickly, or feeling bloated after eating.
- You are willing and able to eat an oatmeal meal as part of this study.
Who may not be able to join:
- You have been diagnosed with eosinophilic enteritis (a related condition affecting the intestines rather than the stomach).
- You have inflammatory bowel disease, such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis.
- You have certain known conditions linked to high eosinophil levels in the gut, such as systemic mastocytosis, Marfan syndrome, or Loeys-Dietz syndrome (confirm with trial site).
- You have a known inflammatory or autoimmune condition that affects stomach movement, such as systemic sclerosis, lupus, or eosinophilic fasciitis.
- You have uncontrolled diabetes, or diabetes-related complications affecting the stomach, nerves, or kidneys.
- You have taken opioid pain medications within 2 weeks before screening or would need to take them during the study.
- You have a history of narrowing or blockages in the stomach or small intestine, or have had certain stomach surgeries or procedures (confirm specific procedures with trial site).
- You have advanced liver disease, significant kidney disease, certain neurological conditions, a swallowing disorder called achalasia, or a condition where your adrenal glands do not work properly (confirm with trial site).

Primary endpoints
Prevalence of gastric motility disorders determined via gastric emptying scintigraphy (GES) imaging at timepoints 0 minutes, 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 120 minutes and 180 minutes (% of meal remaining/time).
