Who might be able to join this trial:

Who may not be able to join:
- People who have allergies or medical reasons preventing them from taking aspirin or a class of blood-thinning medications called P2Y12 inhibitors
- People who need to take blood-thinning medication in tablet form (oral anticoagulation) for another condition
- People who have previously had a blood clot form inside a stent
- People whose life expectancy is less than one year
- People who required resuscitation after cardiac arrest and are in a severely reduced state of consciousness or require a breathing tube
- People who have previously had bleeding inside the skull or brain
- People who are actively bleeding at the time of enrolment (at a level defined as BARC 2 or higher — confirm with trial site)
- Women who are pregnant, have given birth within the last 90 days, are breastfeeding, or are able to become pregnant and are not using contraception
- People experiencing a severe spike in blood pressure (systolic above 180 mmHg and/or diastolic above 120 mmHg)
- People who are unable to understand, follow, or comply with the study instructions and requirements
